How this site makes money
Plainly, and in one page, because a comparison site that will not tell you how it is paid is not worth reading.
The short version
Fire Casino Bonuses earns a commission when someone opens an account with an operator through one of our links. The operator pays that commission. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you receive is identical to the one you would get by typing the operator's address in directly.
Which links are commercial
Every "Claim bonus" button, and the operator name at the top of each review page, is a commercial link. They carry a sponsored attribute in the page markup and each one sits next to an "Ad" label. Links to our own guides, to regulators and to support organisations such as GamCare, GAMSTOP and BeGambleAware are never commercial and never paid for.
What commission does not affect
- The ratings. Scores come from the five weighted criteria onhow we rate. Commission is not one of them.
- The order. Listings are sorted by rating, descending. There is no paid placement, and no operator can buy a position in the table.
- What we publish. Operators do not see reviews before publication and cannot request changes to a score. Where an offer is poor we say so, in the review, with the reason.
How you can check that
Two things on this site would not be true if commission drove the order. The operator advertising the largest headline bonus sits last in our table. And operators we score poorly stay listed and stay linked rather than quietly disappearing. Neither is much use as a promise, but both are checkable.
Why we take commission at all
Testing operators costs money. We deposit real funds, play through part of each bonus and request withdrawals, and some of that money does not come back. Affiliate commission funds that. The alternative models are worse: paid placement means the table is an advert, and a subscription would put the information behind exactly the barrier it is meant to remove.
Regulatory position
We follow the CAP Code and the UK Gambling Commission's rules on advertising by affiliates. That means offers are labelled as advertising, significant conditions appear alongside the headline claim rather than behind a link, all marketing carries an 18+ notice, and nothing we publish is designed to appeal to under-18s.
